While You Were Out

As promised, here is a picture of the "While You Were Out" project David surprised Madeline and me with when we returned from our visit to Marysia's. I guess I could've taken a better photo that gave a better perspective of it's size. The castle is fairly large. It is located above Madeline's head board and the width of the castle is almost the same width of the headboard. Also, just out of view of this picture is a Tinkerbell that is flying about the castle. David just thought it was time to start transitioning Madeline's room from a baby's room to a little girl's room. It does look good and Madeline loves it. I just have to laugh because when it came to the idea of having a daughter, David was so anti-princess and anti-girly girl and now here Papa is buying (with no direction from me) castle decals while shopping at Home Depot! Oh....how times have changed and how tight Madeline has David wrapped around her little fingers!
