HOUSEWARMING PARTY!!!!!!

IT'S OFFICIAL! WE HAVE A NEW HOUSE! We are having a party and YOU are invited! You live out of town?? That's okay!!! You haven't seen me in 20+ years but are my friend on Facebook?? That's okay!! You never met me but only follow my blog?? That's okay!!! Why is this all okay? I decided to celebrate by having a virtual housewarming party! What is the scoop on the party? You will have officially attended my party just by leaving a quick comment below. Just a quick "Congrats!" will do. OR....if you are a party animal, you can tell me in the comment section that you stopped by, drank all our beer, couldn't find the lampshades because they were still in boxes and left. And the best housewarming present would be a comment from regular visitors to the blog that have never commented before. Go ahead....introduce yourself! Even if we have never met, simply say hi. The only thing I ask: if the party starts to get too crazy, please don't trash our house!

You need a virtual tour. More house pix, including interior shots and photos of the Wurlitzer organ. No cell phone snaps!

Congrats!

Congratulations cousin! I stopped by with my basketball and missed all ten free throws I attempted. I then paused to admire the house only to have my basketball roll down the street. If any of your neighbors find my ball, let me know.

Many Congratulations!!! I don't care for beer, but I'd love an ice cold lemonade....got any?
You do need to post more pictures, but if you're anything like me you are waiting until you get things a little organized.
Great house...it looks very spacious!

I stopped by with some cosmos but couldn't find you in the crowd. So I drank them myself and better leave before I make a fool of myself. I hope you like the bust of Chopin housewarming gift that I left in your livingroom. I am so happy for all of you and look forward to visiting again soon. (Maybe around 11/4).

Congratulations! I stopped by with a pot of gerbera daisies and a "hot-dish" from Minnesota. Post more pics when you get a spare moment - obviously you're a little busy right now. Were you able to enjoy the pool yet?

Mike drank quite a bit of your beer and found Marysia's cosmos as well. That may have something to do with why he ended up wearing your lampshade home...Good thing you have HUGE lamps! I, on the other hand, behaved myself. Great party!
Congratulations!!!

Hey, did the milk can next to the garage come with the place? And the body in the basement?

You need to put out some more crudités. And freshen up the bar. (Urp!)

Well, I am still here at the party, having too much fun to leave. I thought I would jump in the pool but found some unfamiliar person skinny dipping. Then I headed over to the hot tub but it was too crowded. That was when I heard the glass break in the kitchen. Looking in the window, I finally spotted you having dropped yet another cosmo glass. Girl, you need to pace yourself! Great house and fun friends and family! We have to do this more often!

Man! This party is a riot!! The new neighbors threatened to call the cops because of all the noise but decided that they wouldn't when I invited them to join the fun. I still don't know who the Anonymous skinny-dippers are!! I am also ticked that the prior owners took their milk can with them!!! THAT was why we bought the house in the first place!

MARTY!!!!! Stop trying to play with that organ!!! I don't think DAVID would like that...wait I KNOW he only wants ME to play with that organ!!!

Jaidee, I think we need to check on Madeline and Genevieve....I think they just noticed the neighbor boys.

Mike B. , the neighbor told me your last free throw shattered his picture window. He'll send the bill to Colorado.

Rebekah, I will post pictures soon but I promised all these "party" guests that "what happens at my house stays at my house"....so there will be no pictures of this party..Sorry! However, I just made a new batch of lemonade.

Patti, the daisies are beautiful and I want the recipe for that hot dish!!! David ATE 4 helpings!

Gina- I was looking for that "Mommy's Time Out"!!!!! Luckily, David found a place in NT that sells it! Let's send Chuck to get another bottle!

Joe-Just don't bring that "Mafia Wars" crew of yours next time you are in town!

Melanie - Ummmmmmm.........see comment above!!! I ceratinly won't have any pictures of THIS party to scrapbook!

Marysia - Mike makes the BEST cosmos!! I need a refill...crash, shatter....damn! Can he put it in plastic for me??

Holy Crap!!! Who's ringing the doorbell?!?!?! Just walk in!!! LOOK EVERYONE!!! THE LIFE OF THE PARTY JUST ARRIVED!!! WHO IS IT......

Amy - congrats on the new house! I HATE wine and you are out of beer, could you please replenish!! Marysia, slow down on the drinking, I need to catch up. Do you think Margaret would like to make more frozen drinks for us?? can't wait to stop over and see the new house!! and of course use the hot tub!! Next haircut time will be a ton of fun!!

Hi Dave, Amy and Maddie - What a beautiful house. I wish you the best and many happy years in it. Hopefully I will get to see it before my move to Texas. Love, Buffalo Mom, Grandma, etc.
